What You'll Do.
Review daily claim submission by dealers to ensure necessary information is submitted accurately
Analyze repairs to determine allowable conditions for warranty acceptance based on manufacturer’s guidelines
Determine acceptance or denial of warranty claim
Assist dealers over the phone and via email with questions or corrections to warranty claim
Process claim submissions through Servco and manufacturer’s claim system
Prepare data on Excel spreadsheets for claim payment processing
Review monthly claim submission by Subaru of America to authorize payment
Stay abreast of all warranty policies
