Assist dealers over the phone and via email with questions or corrections to warranty claim
Process claim submissions through Servco and manufacturer’s claim system
Prepare data on Excel spreadsheets for claim payment processing
Review monthly claim submission by Subaru of America to authorize payment
Stay abreast of all warranty policies

Servco is looking for a Warranty Associate to join our Servco Quality Division. This position will play a key role in processing warranty claims and provide our dealerships assistance with dealer claims processing.
