Physical demands: Sitting, walking, standing, bending at the neck, bending at the waist, squatting, kneeling, twisting at the neck and waist, repetitive use of hands, simple grasping, power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling, reaching above and below the shoulder, carrying/lifting up to 75 lbs., Driving cars, trucks, forklifts and other equipment, Working around equipment and machinery, Exposure to dust, gas, fumes or chemicals, Working at heights, Use of special visual or auditory protective equipment, Operation of foot controls or repetitive foot movement, Must be able to work overtime as needed, Remain flexible and open to possible schedule changes, Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U. S., Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent + 3 months’ experience in a warehouse distribution facility, or equivalent through one year work experience., Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English., Ability to write routine correspondence., Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of organization., Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing., Ability to count in all units of measure using whole numbers., Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals., Ability to interpret bar graphs., Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists., Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Nice to Have
High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ year work experience in a warehouse distribution facility, Certification on forklift, reach lift, order picker, clamp truck, and pallet jack., Ability to work with computer applications in a warehouse environment., Ability to work at heights as high as 30 feet.
What You'll Do.
Performing the functions of the warehouse shipping and receiving lift operator
Picking and staging of orders
Unloading and receiving of finished inventory items from production facilities
Wrapping and loading of outbound picked orders
Checking equipment for potential safety hazards
Offloading inbound shipments using a forklift
Preparing product for receiving into appropriate locations
Moving product between locations throughout the warehouse to support replenishment requirements
Picking product from various locations in the warehouse
Maintaining clean and organized workspace
Adhering to all company policies
Maintaining reliable and consistent attendance
including being punctual
Following all safety procedures required in work area
Wearing PPE as needed
Attending all safety meetings
Reporting safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions
Following all department quality standards/criteria
Raising concerns and issues to immediate manager
Cross-training in multiple warehouse functions outside of core duties
Working overtime as needed
Remaining flexible and open to possible schedule changes
