We’re looking for a Warehouse Trainer who will help new colleagues settle in fast, learn the job properly, and grow into confident, high-performing team members. This role is part onboarding, part coaching, part culture-building — and a big part of what makes our warehouse teams work well together. If you enjoy working with people, teaching by example, and helping others improve every day, this could be a great fit. Why this role is exciting - You’ll have a direct impact on how quickly new employees become productive and confident. - You’ll help shape team culture on the warehouse floor — not from behind a desk. - You’ll work closely with managers and become a key partner in performance, onboarding and development. - You’ll support both newcomers and existing employees, so no two days look the same. - You’ll be in a role where people genuinely rely on you — for guidance, clarity and support What you’ll do You’ll be responsible for helping warehouse employees learn, improve and succeed in daily operations. You will: - Coordinate onboarding for new warehouse employees - Train employees across different warehouse departments and processes - Support the creation and improvement of training materials and methods - Give regular feedback, motivate people and help them improve performance - Identify where individuals need more support and create practical improvement plans - Check whether warehouse rules and processes are followed correctly - Work closely with managers on training progress and employee development - Help introduce new warehouse processes and make sure teams understand them - Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements based on real needs - Be the go-to person for everyday questions, support and guidance on the floor - Act as a role model for Rohlik culture, teamwork and customer orientatio
