Full Job Description
Position: Warehouse Technician I Position Type: Full-Time Employee Department: Logistics Location: Boulder, CO (onsite) Experience: HS + 4 years experience Watchmaker is inviting applications for the full-time position of Warehouse Technician I. This position reports to the Logistics Manager and will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, inventory control, and shipping customer orders. This individual will be accountable for ensuring materials are processed quickly and help manage inventory levels and Kanbans. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and contribute directly to our company culture and success. The position provides an opportunity to grow and develop as a leader. Responsibilities Receive inventories according to policies and procedures. Support shipping of orders in a timely manner, according to ship dates. Maintain and update inventory databases as part of cycle count activities. Maintain dock and shipping areas to be clean, safe, and presentable at all times Occasionally drive to pick up orders or supplies. Update and maintain all warehouse work instructions. Contribute to continuous improvement of the processes and procedures in the warehouse functions. Ensure waste containers are maintained and emptied, when needed. Assist with Kanban ordering and maintenance Perform kitting functions, as needed Other duties as assigned Skills and Requirements The candidate should have at least two years of relevant warehousing or material handling experience.
