What You'll Achieve.
Ensure accurate inventory levels through cycle counting and spot checks
Industry & Context.
Fixed term, full time employment for 6 months, Physical Requirements: stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see, Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 60 pounds) during the workday, Must be able to work rotating 12-hour shifts where required, Work is in a mine setting, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in the mine environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required, Haile Gold Mine Inc. promotes a drug/alcohol free work environment through the use of mandatory pre-employment drug testing and on-going random drug testing

Must Have

What You'll Do.
and record incoming materials
Perform Goods Receipts and inventory transactions in Pronto
Support operational and maintenance teams by ensuring materials are available when needed
Accurately issue parts and materials to site end users
Participate in daily safety meetings
and hazard identification activities
Ensure all materials are stored
and transported in compliance with site procedures and regulatory requirements
Maintain clean and organized work areas including warehouses and laydown yards
Ensure accurate inventory levels through cycle counting and spot checks
or critical stock items and escalate as required
and supplier follow‑up
Operate various equipment to offload and put away material received
