Bachelor’s degree in related field, 7–10 years of warehouse/storekeeping experience, Experience working in a multinational environment within Sadi Arabia, experience with ERP systems, especially SAP (MM module), Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and HSE compliance, Familiar with customs documentation and import/export procedures within the KMTA region, organizational and reporting skills with high attention to detail, Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word), Excellent English & Arabic communication skills

What You'll Do.

Manage and supervise all aspects of warehouse operations ensuring timely and accurate receiving

Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or relevant WMS tools and conduct regular cycle counts and audits

Monitor stock levels and prepare material requisition lists for replenishment

Monitor and improve warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy

and compliance with requirements

Prepare lists for short‑received or damaged materials and notify the Quality Department to create QFB (Quality Feedback)

Ensure all goods are correctly labelled

and handled according to KONE and regulatory safety standards

Handle internal material transfers between branches and update records accordingly

Ensure warehouse documentation is updated

and compliant with internal audit and local customs requirements

Manage warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

including scheduling routine maintenance

and monthly reports on stock levels

and overall warehouse performance
