What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience leading an operations team in a warehouse environment, Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary software quickly, Ability to hire, coach, train, and manage a team of 10 to 50 employees, An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced changing environment, Detail Oriented, Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Fluent in English, High school diploma or equivalent, Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Nice to Have
Spanish is a plus, Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance is a plus, College degree preferred

Ensure the warehouse operates at maximum efficiency
and providing direction for a team of warehouse employees
Achieving all operational goals and service levels
Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Supervise the warehouse's daily activities
including order fulfillment
and logistics coordination
Manage eCommerce order fulfillment while achieving established service levels
Work directly with our Customer Support and Account Manager teams to ensure client deliverables are met
Oversee dynamic and changing customer needs such as special packaging
and bundling projects
Lead a highly productive and engaged team while removing obstacles to drive operational efficiencies
Support new client onboarding and creative fulfillment processes
Monitor project timelines
Coordinate with the internal team regarding client projects
Present progress updates and resolve issues in real time
Identify process improvement opportunities (efficiency
