Discuss performance vs expectation
Monitor delivery to plan
Improve key areas for shift
Drive performance on key metrics
Ensure efficient warehouse operation
Fulfill customer demand on time
Fulfill customer demand in full
Drive highest standards of safety
Ensure adherence to safety routines
Ensure adherence to safety procedures
Review weekly labour plan
Ensure adequate cover
Highlight issues/feedback
Provide detail when targets not met
Create plan to bridge gaps
Partner with key stakeholders
Ensure strategic activity is on track
