We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. ### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Supervise daily receiving operations, including dock scheduling, unloading, and product inspection. * Ensure timely and accurate put-away of inbound products. * Track inbound KPIs such as receiving accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and vendor compliance. * Coordinate with procurement and quality teams to resolve discrepancies. * Train, coach, and evaluate receiving staff to maintain high performance and compliance. * Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for inbound operations. * Perform operational responsibilities including shift openings/closings and payroll reporting. * Maintain a clean and organized receiving area. * Recommend process improvements to increase inbound efficiency. ### **Qualifications and Requirements** * Associate or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable). * 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or receiving operations. * Knowledge of inbound processes and receiving compliance standards. * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. * Forklift and OSHA certification preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
