What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years plant experience in a warehouse setting, Lift truck certification or the ability to obtain a lift truck certification, Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, Ability to work in manufacturing environment, Physical lifting up to 40-lbs unassisted frequently throughout the shift
Nice to Have
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, SAP a plus
What You'll Do.
Supervise warehouse operations and activities
Maintain inventory and product loss control
Coordinate timely and accurate receiving
Ensure proper procedures are followed
review and monitor work
Establish and monitor employees’ work schedules
Support Warehouse Coordinator activities
Oversee SAP transactions
Support inventory activities
Analyze and resolve work problems
Maintain time and shipping records
Prepare reports for management review
Ensure warehouse work areas are clean
Supervise and coordinate product rework activities
Collaborate with other supervisors
Provide supervision of assigned employees
Provide effective employee training
and enforcement of policies
Adhere to Saputo code of ethics
Perform other duties as requested

The Warehouse Supervisor in Franklin WI will be a key stakeholder for a new 340,000 square foot conversion facility that is slated to open in 2023 and will play an integral part of Saputo’s strategy to optimize its cheese network in North America. Saputo has a strong history in Wisconsin and are proud to be expanding our footprint in this area. The Warehouse Supervisor directly supervises and coordinates all activities in the warehouse department to maximize productivity on assigned shifts and areas. This includes planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing product and employee complaints, and resolving problems. This person carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, OSHA regulations and applicable laws while applying continuous improvement methods **How You Will Make Contributions That Matter** * Supervises all phases warehouse operations and activities to including warehouse schedules, product put-away operations and inventory warehouse management. * Maintains inventory and product loss control, coordinates timely and accurate receiving, and ensures safety/operational guidelines are met. * Ensures proper procedures are in place and being followed for production put away efficiency, quality of product, employee safety, and state and federal guidelines. * Works with plant management and other supervisory staff to assign, direct, review and monitor work of supervised staff to maximize productivity warehouse and shipping department. * Ensures proper procedures are in place and being followed for efficient warehouse activities, employee safety, and state and federal guidelines. * Establishes and monitors employees’ work
