Oversee warehouse operations
Ensure work compliance with standards
Support operational efficiency
Manage and prioritize assignments
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Resolve system and process challenges
Support remote warehouse operations
Assign duties to warehouse technicians
Build relationships with internal teams
Oversee inventory accuracy
Coordinate periodic stock audits
Support employee development
Maintain focus on safety
Serve as first point of contact
Support implementation of new technicians
Conduct performance reviews
Ensure compliance with policies
Ensure proper staffing coverage
Oversee remote warehouse operations
Travel regularly to remote locations
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with safety policies
Identify and report unsafe work habits
Perform risk assessments
Maintain clean work environment
Attend EHS training sessions
