3+ years warehouse experience, 3+ years logistics experience, 3+ years distribution experience, 2+ years supervisory experience, 2+ years team leadership experience, Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Experience with inventory control processes, Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills, Ability to analyze data, Ability to make operational decisions, Proficiency in Google Suite, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Proficiency in Excel, Ability to stand for extended periods, Ability to walk for extended periods, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, Ability to move up to 50 pounds, Ability to work in warehouse environment, Ability to operate warehouse equipment

Nice to Have

Associate's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree preferred, Experience in e-commerce operations, Experience in manufacturing operations, Experience in fulfillment operations, Lean Manufacturing experience, Six Sigma experience, Continuous Improvement experience, Forklift certification, Experience operating material handling equipment

What You'll Do.

Supervise daily warehouse activities

Ensure accurate processing of inbound shipments

Ensure accurate processing of outbound shipments

Monitor staffing levels

Meet operational demands

Coordinate dock scheduling

Manage material movement

Maintain warehouse organization

Maintain warehouse cleanliness

Ensure inventory accuracy

Conduct weekly cycle counts

Conduct monthly cycle counts

Conduct physical inventory audits

Investigate inventory discrepancies

Implement corrective actions

Monitor inventory levels

Communicate inventory shortages

Communicate excess inventory concerns

Support material replenishment

Support Kanban processes

Maintain accurate WMS transactions

Lead warehouse associates

Coach warehouse associates
