What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years Warehouse experience, High School or GED, Valid driver's license, At least 21 years of age, Verification of non-expired medical certificate, No suspended driver's license for traffic accident/violation past 3 years, No at fault accidents in past 3 years, Pre-employment and annual review of Motor Vehicle Record
Nice to Have
1+ years leadership experience, Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
What You'll Do.
Contribute to employee safety culture
Follow Standard Operating Procedures
Address safety concerns
Provide leadership to warehouse employees
Achieve accuracy and productivity levels
Participate in hiring new employees
Train warehouse employees
Coordinate daily activities
Ensure efficient operation of material handling equipment
Maintain warehouse security
Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate
Ensure products are free of damage
Complete necessary records
Report in a timely manner
Increase warehouse productivity
Evaluate policies and procedures
Make recommendations for improvement
Make deliveries to branches/customers
Perform job functions within a branch
Provide counter sales support
Provide customer support
