What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous warehouse experience, warehouse-related training, or an equivalent combination of education, training and practical experience., Fluent in English, both written and spoken., Good knowledge of mechanical tooling., Knowledge of COSHH regulations., Physically able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and support practical warehouse activities where required.
Nice to Have
Experience supervising, coordinating or leading warehouse staff would be highly advantageous., Forklift truck licence, including Counterbalance and Reach Truck or Reach Stacker, would be preferred
What You'll Do.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our Leeds Service Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high operational standards and supporting the safe, accurate and efficient movement of goods, stock, tooling and equipment. Working as part of our service centre operations, you will play a key role in supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfilment, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and helping to drive continuous improvement across the warehouse environment.
