At our Leeds Service Centre, plays an important role in supporting field service, customer projects and operational delivery by ensuring the right parts, tooling and equipment are available, controlled and ready when needed. We are looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our Leeds Service Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high operational standards and supporting the safe, accurate and efficient movement of goods, stock, tooling and equipment. Working as part of our service centre operations and reporting to our Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfilment, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and helping to drive continuous improvement across the warehouse environment. Duties and Responsibilities * Supervise the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with operational requirements. * Allocate and coordinate tasks across the warehouse team, including picking, packing, stock control, shipping, goods movement and general warehouse duties. * Support, train and guide warehouse employees to ensure procedures, safety standards, equipment usage and working practices
