Full Job Description
This role will provide a full time schedule, availability to work weekends and evenings will be required as per business needs. S'more about the team Factor Canada is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team of warehouse associates and leads to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your focus will be to ensure that all direct and indirect material inventory movements, quantities, and quality are tracked accurately at all times. If you are a hands-on operator who thrives on detail and organization, obsesses over delivering measurable results, and has a passion for food, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for: Supervise Warehouse Operations: Direct and oversee warehouse staff in receiving, shipping, and storing goods, ensuring that all SOPs and safety regulations are followed. Manage Inventory Accuracy: Ensure real-time, accurate inventory records through cycle counts, stock transfers, and inventory reconciliations, addressing discrepancies with root cause analysis. Train Warehouse Staff: Provide training to warehouse personnel on inventory procedures, safety regulations, and systems to maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate Inventory Movements: Organize the movement of materials within the warehouse and coordinate inventory transfers with other departments like Planning, Production, and Supply Chain.
