If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary **General Purpose:** Accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records. **Principle Accountabilities:** • Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods. • Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled. • Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods. • Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability. • Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse • Accountable for ordering necessary equipment. • Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked. • Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner. • Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse **Experience we 're looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2–3 years). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations. * Schedule flexibility. * Proven experience leading teams (10–15 direct reports minimum). * Experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments. * Warehouse processes: * Material receiving * Storage (layout, FIFO) * Picking / kitting * Experience with ERP systems (BAAN or similar), Excel, and PowerPoint. * Experience tracking and managing KPIs. * Basic to intermediate English proficiency. **What you will receive for the excellent work you deliver:** * Competitive salary * Life and medical insur
