Information about Agilent is available at www.agilent.com. **SUMMARY** Supervises the Shipping & Receiving functions for the Boulder Agilent NASD Site. Ensures material and parts inventory accuracy by electronically and physically staging and reconciling material required for the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API). Oversees the movement of material and parts between warehouse areas. Assures proper segregation of material in the warehouse space. Responsible for projects in the warehouse as assigned by management. Approved delegates for this position are Supply Chain Manager. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Oversees the receiving process for incoming materials and products * Oversees shipping / outbound logistics activities. Activities include pre-transport preparation of hazardous materials and hazardous waste * Facilitates the coordination of products / materials involving third party logistics providers * Works directly with sourcing, material planning and manufacturing personnel to ensure the necessary materials and quantities are available and transferred prior to production operations * Oversees the issuance process for materials required for production operations as specified in the Bill of Materials (BOM) * Evaluate product / materials process flow through the warehouse and production areas and modify / implement improvements. * Oversees and enforces the reconciliation process for
