Supervises daily work schedules of warehouse employees
Determines space requirements for storage
Schedules delivery and distribution of products
Ensures maintenance of equipment
Monitors employee attendance
and performance markers
Provides counseling to employees
Coordinates work with warehouse and operations manager
Maintains various records and reports
Recommends changes in procedures to improve operating efficiency
