Let’s take a closer look at the role TA Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive team performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across shipping, inventory control, and safety. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced logistics environment. Days and Shift Information • 1st | Monday–Friday | • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed Key Responsibilities • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to meet productivity and quality standards • Resolve shipping errors, inventory discrepancies, and damaged goods promptly • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on performance, productivity, and attendance • Support process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs • Coordinate and communicate
