3 years proven experience in warehousing and inventory management, Availability to work 2nd shift hours, understanding of warehouse safety protocols, Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively, Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software, Able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Nice to Have
Warehouse Lead or Supervisor experience

Supervise distribution team
Provide training and coaching
Follow work procedures
Assign duties and examine work
Evaluate stock layout
Develop and implement plans
Manage inventory procedures
Supervise shipping and receiving procedures
Enforce safety codes and OSHA standards

Partners with Manufacturing, Dealers, Customer Service, Accounting and other departments
