## Description The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye. Ajax Systems is the largest developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe. The back office, R&D department, and two full-cycle production facilities are located in Ukraine. The company has branch offices worldwide: UAE (Dubai), Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Canada, and many other regions. Ajax team has more than 2,200 employees, including 500 developers and 1,200 production workers. Attracting local expertise in each key market enables us to scale the product globally and grow fast. Location : Istanbul/Tuzla, DESBAS ## Responsibilities Manage, direct, and assign daily tasks to storekeepers and assistants who receive, store, and release goods, Organize loading and unloading operations in the warehouse in strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), industrial hygiene, and fire protection regulations, Control the allocation of material assets (MA) in the warehouse to ensure the most rational use of space, facilitating and accelerating the identification of necessary materials to prevent dispatch delays. Oversee the receipt of material assets (MA) into the warehouse; organize verification of the number of cargo spaces, weight, volume, integrity of contents, and completeness against accompanying documents, Ensure the efficient processing of requests for the release, picking, and completion of shipments, Monitor packaging quality for transportation and create procurement requests for necessary packaging materials, Participate in developing and implementing measures to optimize warehouse management and improve overall efficiency. Prepare, record, and process income, expenditure, production, and other warehouse documents for receiving and releasing inventory, Ensure all original documents from suppliers, contractors, and other company departments are received and processed properly, Check that the party receiving the inventory
