What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proficiency with forklift operation (Class 1 or equivalent), basic computer skills for inventory systems, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Ability to lift and move heavy loads, physical stamina required for standing, walking, and bending, Commitment to safety, accuracy, and meeting deadlines
Nice to Have
experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations
What You'll Do.
daily shipping and receiving of products in a timely
Receive incoming shipments and inspect for damage or accurately record and log all goods into the inventory system
Prepare and load outbound shipments according to customer orders
ensuring correct product selection
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts
and other material handling tools in a safe and compliant manner
Maintain organized and clean work follow proper storage and handling procedures to protect product integrity
Assist in inventory counts
and stock replenishment as needed
Follow all safety protocols
including lockout/tagout procedures and hazard communication
Adhere to quality control standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Plant Manager or management
