What you bring to the mix A proven leader with a deep understanding of warehouse functions in an FMCG environment or similar, you have everything it takes to succeed with Brakes: * a background in leading, motivating and coaching a team * the ability to drive and improve performance using data insights and colleague input * a customer-centric approach * strong stakeholder management and communication skills * knowledge of SAP * the ability to create an open and supportive culture within a team.
