Warehouse Shift Manager Annual Salary £44,282 plus a great range of benefits Monday - Friday with occasional Sunday cover required Rotating shift patterns every 4 weeks 06:00AM - 14:00PM & 12:00 - 20:00PM (40 Hours PW) Tamworth When you join Brakes, you’ll become part of a top UK food business. You’ll achieve excellence for customers too – driving performance, hitting targets and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of every shift you lead. What you bring to the mix A proven leader with a deep understanding of warehouse functions in an FMCG environment or similar, you have everything it takes to succeed with Brakes: * a background in leading, motivating and coaching a team * the ability to drive and improve performance using data insights and colleague input * a customer-centric approach * strong stakeholder management and communication skills * knowledge of SAP * the ability to create an open and supportive culture within a team.
