3+ years of experience in warehousing, supply chain, or the fulfillment industry, Proven track record in business development, Knowledge of the sales planning process, Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, Interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, Skilled negotiator, Demonstrated ability to close, High energy, Self-motivated, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Thrive in a team environment

Nice to Have

Experience in the transportation or logistics industry, A college or university degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Generate sales across contract logistics

Prospect and develop new business

Nurture and grow key existing accounts

Build and manage pipeline of opportunities

Analyze customer transportation and warehousing needs

Collaborate with internal teams

Develop competitive pricing strategies

Engage decision-makers

Drive Intralogistics/Warehouse Solutions strategy

Maintain post-sale account management
