Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field., 3+ years of experience in a GMP environment within a warehouse or manufacturing operations., experience with process mapping and standard work development., Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement tools., Experience collaborating with hourly operations teams and frontline leaders., analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills., Ability to walk, stand, and work on the warehouse floor for extended periods., Some travel may be required to benchmark processes across the network., Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice to Have
attention to detail and accuracy., Previous experience with RF scanners/handheld devices, MES and WMS (SAP)., Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification., Experience supporting multi‑site or large‑scale operations., Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse layout design.
