What You'll Do.
Full supervision of the warehouse quality certification file
Following up and implementing the requirements and regulations of the Food and Drug Authority
while ensuring full compliance
Supervising the implementation of quality systems within the warehouse (storage – handling – traceability)
Dealing with regulatory inspectors and following up on observations and inspection reports
Preparing and updating the required documents for audits and inspection processes
Registering the pharmacist as the responsible Warehouse Manager in accordance with applicable regulations
Coordinating with management to ensure continuous compliance with legal and regulatory standards

* **Full supervision of the warehouse quality certification file** * **Following up and implementing the requirements and regulations of the Food and Drug Authority, while ensuring full compliance** * **Supervising the implementation of quality systems within the warehouse (storage – handling – traceability)** * **Dealing with regulatory inspectors and following up on observations and inspection reports** * **Preparing and updating the required documents for audits and inspection processes** * **Registering the pharmacist as the responsible Warehouse Manager in accordance with applicable regulations** * **Coordinating with management to ensure continuous compliance with legal and regulatory standards** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy * Fresh graduate or with experience not exceeding 6 months * Basic knowledge of quality systems and Food & Drug Authority regulations * Good organizational skills with the ability to learn and follow up effectively * Ability to deal with regulatory authorities and inspectors **Benefits** **Working Hours:** 6 working days per week – from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate * Transportation allowance * Overtime allowance * Additional allowance upon registration as the Responsible Warehouse Manager **Work Location:** Mariouteya – Faisal, Giza
