Apply now! **Location:** 8024 Telegraph Rd - Severn, Maryland 21144 ## STARTING RATE: $22 per hour BENEFITS: Excellent benefits package, including PTO and 7 paid holidays. Eligible for healthcare (single and family) first of the month following date of hire. 401(k) plan with employer match available. Employer paid Life Insurance, Short Term and Long-Term Disability. Paid Parental Leave after six months. OTHER COMPENSATION: Eligible for overtime, holiday premium pay, and premiums based on shift and environmental conditions. Also, eligible for incentive pay based on individual performance. POSITION SUMMARY: This role is responsible to complete orders by selecting products from the warehouse racks and to assemble, palletize and/or shrink wrap products/pallets for customer orders. An Order Selector may be required to use a variety of powered industrial equipment and may be required to work in dry or cooled product areas including refrigerated and freezer compartments.
