Please see the minimum requirements for each level of the role below. **Job Summary** The Warehouse Operator plays a key role in supporting EV battery warehouse operations through the safe handling, movement, storage, and accurate tracking of battery packs and components. This position ensures efficient inventory management using warehouse systems, maintains compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supports overall operational excellence. As experience increases, this role progresses from core operational execution to advanced troubleshooting, mentoring, and process improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Safely handle, move, and store EV battery packs and components using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment * Operate scanners and inventory systems to accurately receive, track, and document incoming and outgoing materials * Pick, pack, label, sort, and prepare materials for shipment or internal use * Load and unload shipme
