Rotork YTC Gimpo Plant We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our supply chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Managing inbound and outbound materials from/to suppliers. * Utilizing the Kanban system to pick and feed materials from the warehouse to the production line. * Overseeing the inventory in the production line’s supermarket area to ensure smooth material flow. * Preventing material shortages through proactive inventory monitoring and coordination. * Collaborating closely with the purchasing team to manage inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and ensure timely material supply to production. * Performing regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records. * Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations and material handling. * Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures within the warehouse. ## Qualifications * High school diploma or associate degree. * Up to 2 years of experience in warehouse or material handling roles (entry-level candidates are welcome). * Experience with ERP systems is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic documentation tools. * Valid driver’s license is required. * Forklift operation experience is a plus. * Prior experience in material management within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
