Must Have
High School Diploma/GED, up to 2 years’ experience, Basic knowledge of warehouse safety, Basic computer skills, 6 months of experience operating a forklift, Ability to obtain hazardous materials certification, 3 years’ experience in warehouse, Working knowledge of warehouse equipment, Forklift certification, Experience with inventory tracking, Demonstrated understanding of warehouse safety, 5 years’ experience in warehouse, expertise in warehouse operations, Advanced equipment operation experience, Proven problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Prior warehouse experience, Associate degree or technical certification, Experience in high-volume or regulated warehouse environments, Experience with inventory control processes, Familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems, Hazardous materials handling experience, Degree or certification in logistics, Advanced experience with material handling equipment, Current hazardous materials certification
