This position plays a key role in picking, packing, staging, and loading materials while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. **Shift:** 12:00pm - 8:00pm (M-F) **What You’ll Do** * Champion and enforce safe work practices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements * Prepare materials, products, and equipment for distribution and shipment * Process and fulfill orders from customers and internal teams * Pick, pack, and stage orders while verifying accuracy using scanning tools * Load shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers safely and efficiently * Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials while reporting damages or discrepancies * Replenish warehouse stock and rotate inventory using reach trucks or forklifts * Operate forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and walkie rider pallet jacks to move materials efficiently * Standardize and optimize shipping and receiving procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency * Perform additional duties as assigned * Maintain regular, full
