Able to lift and move boxes, heavy packages and elements without difficulty, Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends as business requires, Eligibility to live and work in the UK, May involve working off site

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Some previous experience of working in a warehouse environment, Understand material / stock management techniques and inventory control methods and procedures, Able to lift and move boxes, heavy packages and elements without difficulty and carry out tasks as directed, Ability to work alone or co-operatively within a team, Experience following standard operating procedures and working in a methodical and tidy manner, Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, Good understanding of both the spoken and written English Language, Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and other specialist stock tracking software - training will be provided), Understand Health & Safety Regulations, Honesty, reliability and an organised, methodical 'can do' approach, Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends as business requires, Forklift Licence - Counterbalance / Reach Truck, Eligibility to live and work in the UK

Nice to Have

NVQ in Warehousing and Storage, Full Driving Licence

What You'll Do.

Assist in planning coordinating and monitoring receipt

order assembly and dispatch of goods

Sign for goods received into the warehouse

Advise Campaign Managers of the delivery

Check and inspect goods received

Ensure goods are of accurate quantity

and acceptable quality

Produce a work plan each day and prioritise tasks

Liaise with Campaign Managers

Field Support Managers

Suppliers and Transport Companies

Contact courier companies to coordinate dispatch and delivery

Load and unload goods from vehicles

Organise elements to pick & pack

Accurately update stock system

Operate company vehicles when necessary

Produce delivery notes / consignment labels

Remove hazardous products from site

Support the Field Support team

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Liaise with Campaign Managers, Field Support Managers, Suppliers and Transport Companies; Work co-operatively within a team; Support the Field Support team

Communication Scope

Good understanding of both the spoken and written English Language
