Shifts * 4 on 4 off Permanent Night Shift - 19.00pm – 07.00am - Salary £32,697.71 per annum. We also have a site bonus scheme that rewards colleagues for their performance. This can potentially increase earnings by an additional payment of £2,500+ per annum. This role works on a banked hours contract. Job Description Our Warehouse operatives are the heart of our business, and you will be joining a great team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be involved in a variety of tasks * Picking and preparing stock according to customer requirements using an RDT * Operate MHE responsibly and safely – full training provided * Carrying out manual handling tasks * Maintaining hygiene standards and high levels of health and safety at all times ## Qualifications Key Skills * Previous experience working in a chilled/cold warehouse environment is desirable but not essential * Enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to learn and progress. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work effectively as part of a team ## Additional Information As part of our drive to make Culina Logistics a great place to work.
