Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years warehouse management experience, Proven track record leading teams 20+, Manage complex high-volume operations, Knowledge of SAP CMMS, Knowledge of inventory control principles, Knowledge of distribution best practices, Familiarity with Life Sciences, Familiarity with GxP/GMP regulations, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel for data analysis and reporting
Nice to Have
Certified Supply Chain Professional, Certified in Production and Inventory Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, Familiarity with automation technologies, Familiarity with robotics, Familiarity with advanced material handling, Experience implementing warehouse management systems, Experience leading technology transformation projects
