This role ensures inventory accuracy, value, operational efficiency, workplace safety, and on-time delivery while leading and developing the warehouse team. * Plan, organize, and manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound logistics * Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, identify and implement process improvements * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards * Monitor warehouse KPIs including productivity, accuracy, inventory value, and cost * Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams, maintaining accurate inventory records in ERP system Strong leadership and team work acumen, analytical behavior, and communication skills. **Preferred Skills/Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent experience. * 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience. * Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a requirement.
