Eligibility Requirements

Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently and participate in team lifts of approximately 60 pounds as required for essential production tasks, Must be able to remain in a stationary position or move throughout the production floor for extended periods (for the duration of the shift up to 8+ hours per shift), Must be able to operate, position, adjust, or move equipment, tools, or materials necessary for production processes, Capable of performing consistent, manual production tasks over long shifts, Must be able to work in typical manufacturing environmental conditions, including areas requiring PPE, exposure to noise, and temperature variation

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 8 year’s progressively responsible work experience in warehouse setting, Experience in IT Systems and ERP (Oracle, Navision or other ERP Systems), Forklift knowledge and experience, Experience in logistics management, Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently and participate in team lifts of approximately 60 pounds as required for essential production tasks, Must be able to remain in a stationary position or move throughout the production floor for extended periods (for the duration of the shift up to 8+ hours per shift), Must be able to operate, position, adjust, or move equipment, tools, or materials necessary for production processes, Capable of performing consistent, manual production tasks over long shifts, Must be able to work in typical manufacturing environmental conditions, including areas requiring PPE, exposure to noise, and temperature variation

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree, preferred, Previous experience in a manufacturing plant warehouse, preferred

What You'll Do.

Manage warehouse production scheduling

Support new ERP/MRP implementation

Set up warehouse systems

Manage order management

Manage inventory management

Develop policies and procedures

Manage and train warehouse staff

Ensure traceability of finished product

Return to minimum stock of raw materials

Provide guidance to material handlers

Perform periodic maintenance of ERP system

Manage physical inventories/cycle counts

Plan activities for warehouse organization

Optimize management of warehouse activities

Draft the warehouse budget

Prepare periodic inventories

Monitor and organize consumable items

Manage and maintain warehouse equipment

Maintain accurate logs
