What They're Looking For.
Must Have
H. S. diploma/GED required, Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required, Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports required, Excellent knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations. advanced required, Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements. advanced required
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred, Extensive warehouse leadership, knowledge, and process optimization experience is preferred, Success in leading, mentoring, and developing large teams is highly desirable, Experience managing in a large distribution center is preferred.
What You'll Do.
Manage all activities associated with efficient operation of accounts
Manage performance of salaried and hourly employees
Resolve performance issues
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Collaborate with senior management and customers
Operate account to meet demands
Be responsible for payroll of employees
Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statement
Provide financial data and weekly operations report
Be responsible for accounts payable
Manage vendor quotes for purchased materials
Manage customer invoicing
Hold Safety & Security meetings
Provide safety training
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Performs other duties as assigned
Available to work on flexible schedule
