What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years Warehouse leadership experience, High School or GED, Ability to perform job duties of all departmental positions, Thorough knowledge of warehousing principles, practices, and procedures, Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills, Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, Organization and time management skills, Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines, Valid driver's license, At least 21 years of age, Pass pre-employment and annual review of Motor Vehicle Record, Obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate, No suspended driver's license for traffic accident/violation within past 3 years, No at fault accidents in past 3 years
Nice to Have
Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
What You'll Do.

Manage annual physical inventory counting
Ensure efficient operation of material handling equipment
Maintain warehouse security
Evaluate policies and procedures
Make recommendations for improvement
Serve as primary contact between warehouse operation and

Communicate with company personnel
Resolve customer problems
Expedite customer deliveries
Evaluate shipping and delivery
Perform cost analyses
Negotiate pricing for shipping services
Negotiate pricing for common carriers
Assist Branch Manager with budget development
Evaluate pricing for warehouse equipment
Evaluate pricing for maintenance contracts
Evaluate pricing for packing supplies
Evaluate pricing for other warehousing expenses
Participate in seminars
Participate in training classes
Make deliveries to branches
Make deliveries to customers
Perform other job functions within a branch
Perform counter sales
