Must Have
3+ years Warehouse leadership experience, High School or GED, Ability to perform job duties of all departmental positions, Thorough knowledge of warehousing principles, practices, and procedures, Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills, Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, Organization and time management skills, Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines, Valid driver's license, At least 21 years of age, Pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record, Obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate, No suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years, No at fault accidents in the past 3 years

Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
What You'll Do.
Ensure warehouse team efficiency and accuracy
Manage customer order fulfillment
Oversee material receiving and stocking
Manage material staging and shipping
Meet customer demands and company standards
Train warehouse employees
Ensure warehouse safety
Maintain warehouse facilities
Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety
Maintain a safe work environment
Follow Standard Operating Procedures
Follow Environmental Health and Safety Rules
Address safety concerns immediately
Provide leadership through supervision
Achieve high levels of accuracy and productivity
Manage inventory for efficient warehouse flow
Ensure accurate receiving processes
Ensure accurate order filling processes
Manage annual physical inventory counting
Ensure efficient operation of material handling equipment
Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment
Maintain warehouse security
Evaluate policies and procedures for efficiency
Make recommendations for improvement
Serve as primary contact between warehouse and other
Communicate with customers and company personnel
Resolve customer problems
Expedite customer deliveries
Evaluate shipping and delivery
Perform cost analyses for shipping
Negotiate pricing for shipping services
Negotiate pricing for common carriers
Assist Branch Manager with budget development
Analyze and control expenditures
Meet budget requirements
Evaluate and negotiate pricing for warehouse equipment
Evaluate and negotiate pricing for maintenance contracts
Evaluate and negotiate pricing for packing supplies
Evaluate and negotiate pricing for other warehousing expenses
Participate in seminars and training classes
Make deliveries to branches/customers
Perform other job functions within a branch
Perform counter sales
Perform customer support
Perform other duties as assigned
