What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management, including full site P&L responsibility., leadership skills, with a proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment., Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations., Excellent working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics software, and best practices., understanding of and background in Lean Six Sigma methods., Effective communicator with organizational and analytical skills., Fluent in English.
