We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive **Warehouse Manager** with a strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to driving warehouse efficiency, safety, and performance. If you’re excited to lead operations within a fast-moving, innovative company, we’d love to hear from you. **Responsibilities** * Oversee and manage the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods * Ensure accurate processing and recording of inventory transactions using warehouse management systems * Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment in line with company policies and health and safety regulations * Lead, support, and motivate warehouse staff to meet operational targets, deadlines, and quality standards * Monitor and inspect goods for quality, quantity, and accuracy prior to dispatch * Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity **Requirements** * Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment is essential * Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control * Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail * Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team * Ability to lead, coordinate or support team members when required * Comfortable in a fast-paced, hand
