Eight years of experience in materials control experience preferably in a manufacturing environment, At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role required

What You'll Do.
Manage all activities related to warehousing operations
and monitor day-to-day warehouse operations
Ensure efficient and effective receipt
and inventory of materials
Develop a department strategic vision and Annual Goals
Develop a department capacity and staffing plan
Hire and train staff in assigned department
Oversee the daily workflow and schedules of the department
Conduct performance evaluations
Handle discipline and termination of employees
Engage in all leadership trainings
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse
Manage all materials inside Inventory controlled areas
Monitor warehouse performance
Develop and implement warehouse strategies
Develop warehouse operations improvements
Develop plan to organize the warehouse bins and locations
Review inventory of product in warehouse
Make suggestions for improvement to inventory and receiving
Perform write-offs on damaged or obsolete inventory
Establish procedures for conducting and valuing year-end physical inventory
Present monthly and quarterly results
Approve cycle counts and receiving reversal
Perform other related duties as assigned
