This role is responsible for system administration, user support, and process optimization to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations. **What you will do:** * Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the WMS to meet company requirements and operational processes. * Monitor operational processes and recommend system enhancements or operational changes. * Provide training for new employees on WMS functionality and offer ongoing support to resolve issues.
