Handle daily interactions with customers and vendors
Arrange and manage shipping bookings
Arrange import/export documentation
Provide daily customer support
Ensure commercial and shipping documents are compliant
Coordinate operations functions
Perform data creation and entries
Maintain reliable documentation
Ensure timely submission of operational reports
Interact with cross-functional departments
Assist in maintaining customs record-keeping
Support responses for customs inquiries
Ensure documents meet regulatory and customs requirements
Source for freight rates
Perform any other duties assigned
