What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years warehouse experience, Valid driver's license, At least 21 years of age, Pass pre-employment MVR review, Obtain non-expired medical certificate, No suspended driver's license past 3 years, No at fault accidents past 3 years
Nice to Have
Warehouse or related experience preferred, Certification to operate forklift, Certification to operate hand truck, Certification to operate pallet jack, Certification to operate other warehouse equipment, High School or GED
What You'll Do.
Contribute to safety culture
Follow Standard Operating Procedures
Address safety concerns
Verify material quantity
Verify material description
Stock incoming orders
Report freight damage claims
Prepare branch orders
Process shipment paperwork
Apply correct postage tape
Follow customer shipping instructions
Operate wire cutting machine
Load common carrier vehicles
Load company vehicles
Perform minor maintenance
Perform inventory counts
Reconcile inventory discrepancies
Make deliveries to branches
Make deliveries to customers
Perform counter sales
Perform customer support
Perform other job functions
