What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ability to work professionally with internal and external customers and vendors, Available to work overtime and weekends as needed, Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
Nice to Have
Experience using Service Titan, Prior experience as a warehouse lead, PC proficiency with an emphasis in Microsoft Office, Knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment, Forklift certification
What You'll Do.
Oversee all operations within the parts cage
Ensure accurate inventory control
Ensure timely order preparation
Coordinate with installation and service teams
Manage special order parts for HVAC and Plumbing
Complete and submit company warranty documentation
Maintain organization
and workflow efficiency
Serve as lead for parts cage operations
Monitor inventory usage and communicate replenishment needs
Create and prepare install pull sheets
Verify parts accuracy against job requirements
Coordinate with installation teams for job readiness
Stage materials and equipment for installs
Prepare and manage scan-in sheets for daily orders
Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
Ensure accurate documentation and system updates
and distribution of special order parts
Communicate order status updates to management and field teams
Resolve discrepancies or delays with vendors
Complete and submit warranty forms accurately
Maintain records of warranty claims
Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors regarding claim status
Track warranty returns and credits
