High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years related experience in GMP regulated warehouse, 2+ Experience with Inventory Management Systems/ERP, Proven experience in warehouse supervision or lead roles, Knowledge of warehouse operations, Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), Ability to lift up 50lbs

What You'll Do.
Perform duties of Material Handler III
Oversee daily warehouse activities
Receive GMP items on electronic system
Maintain accurate inventory records
Conduct regular audits
Ensure proper stock levels
Lead and mentor warehouse staff
Provide training and support
Ensure adherence to safety protocols
Store and handle products per standards
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Promote safety awareness culture
Enforce safety procedures
Maintain safe working environment
Perform physical inventory management
Ensure continuous production
Coordinate timely material delivery
Assist in writing SOPs
Support completing deviations
Support investigations for non-conforming products
Manage receipt of GMP materials
Manage release of GMP materials
Manage packaging of GMP materials
Manage shipment of GMP materials
Perform disposition of expired materials
Maintain applicable documentation
Monitor temperature conditions
Identify process improvement opportunities
Maintain partnerships with departments
Fill material requests
Deliver materials to manufacturing
Perform physical inventory
Reconcile inventory discrepancies
Report discrepancies to Supervisor
Source quality documents for release
Maintain library of material specs
Maintain library of forms
Maintain library of material documents

Every program reflects our commitment to pushing the boundaries of science and delivering life-changing treatments to patients and families who need them most. ## Responsibilities Performs all duties of Material Handler III Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Receives all GMP items on an electronic inventory system - verify count, vendor item, number, and expiration date against item specification and purchase order before printing the bar code label. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure proper stock levels. Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols. Ensure that all products are stored and handled according to company standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff. Support Implementation and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Perform physical inventory management to ensure continuous production of drug products Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products. Assists in the writing and/or developing of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Support completing deviations and investigations regarding non-conforming products. Work with the electronic and paper-based inventory system to manage the receipt, release, packaging, and shipment of GMP mate
