Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent, 3+ years warehouse experience, Leadership experience in warehouse, Skilled at multi-tasking, Managing competing priorities, Working knowledge of Word, Working knowledge of Excel, Working knowledge of SAP, Working knowledge of Red Prairie, Detail oriented and accurate, Recognize and diagnose trends, Recognize and diagnose patterns, Work flexible hours, Work weekends, Work evenings, Communicate proactively, Communicate effectively, Comprehend detailed instructions, Communicate detailed instructions, Read and write, At least 18 years old, Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, push and handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance, Move throughout all areas of the distribution center, Move objects up to 250 lbs, Stand and walk continuously

Allocate picking tasks
Allocate loading tasks
Record outbound deliveries
Report outbound deliveries
Support researching issues
Support resolving issues
Ensure tasks completed accurately
Ensure tasks completed on time
Provide administrative support
Develop working knowledge of systems
Maintain working knowledge of systems
Understand needed systems
Support picking operation
Support loading operation
Perform other duties as assigned
